Before Processing

Orders can be cancelled before the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched.

After Processing

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Method

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method where applicable.


Cancellation Rules

Because Manka Jewelry processes orders quickly, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order.

Standard Orders

Cancellation can be requested before the order is packed or dispatched.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers should contact us immediately if they want to cancel before dispatch.

Customized or Special Orders

Customized, personalized, or specially requested items may not be eligible for cancellation once preparation or processing has started.

Dispatched Orders

Orders that have already been handed over for delivery cannot be cancelled.


Refund & Timeline

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund handling may be arranged through bank transfer, store credit, or another approved method after verification.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after cancellation approval.

Bank or payment provider processing time may vary.


Exclusions

Already Dispatched Orders

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if eligible.

Incorrect Customer Details

Manka Jewelry is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.

Customized Items

Customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

Refused Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery after dispatch, delivery or return charges may apply.
